Air-cooled handheld welding is more portable and versatile than water-cooled handheld welding. It can be used in a broader range of scenarios and moved directly to the customer’s site for welding.
Eliminating the inlet and outlet pipes makes the welding torch lighter and more comfortable and reduces operator fatigue.
Air-cooled handheld welding does not require regular replacement of cooling water.
The power consumption of the air-cooled model is only 50% that of the water-cooled model with the same 1500W laser power.
The trolley allows a single person to easily move the welding host, wire feeder, and gas tank. It includes a small drawer for storing the lens, copper nozzle, and other consumables. The trolley’s total footprint is only one-third that of water-cooled models.
The fiber laser welder can be used with a continuous beam for accurate cleaning to remove surface paint, coatings, and oxide layers without damaging the substrate, which can be any shape and size.
